LUXL Global is a private chauffeur company operating in Nashville, Scottsdale, and expanding markets. This policy applies to reservations placed with LUXL Global and to visitors of luxlglobal.com.

Information you give us.

When you request a quote, place a reservation, create a corporate account, or contact us, we collect the details you provide: name, email, phone, company name, pickup and drop-off locations, dates and times, flight details, passenger count, vehicle preference, and any special instructions you share.

Payment information.

Payment card details are collected and processed by our third-party payment processor and booking platform. LUXL Global does not store full card numbers on our own servers. We retain the transaction records needed to complete the ride, invoice business accounts, and meet tax and accounting obligations.

Information collected automatically.

Like most websites, ours records standard technical information — IP address, browser, device type, referring page, and pages visited — used to keep the site secure and to understand how it is used. We do not use this information to build advertising profiles.

How we use information.

To confirm and coordinate your ride, communicate with you about reservations and account matters, invoice business accounts, respond to inquiries, improve our operations, and meet legal, tax, and safety obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Who sees your information.

Only the LUXL personnel needed to deliver the service: your chauffeur, dispatch, and — for business accounts — the account coordinator. We share information with service providers who help us operate (payment processing, booking software, communications, hosting) under confidentiality obligations, and with authorities when required by law.

Discretion.

Our chauffeurs are trained to protect the privacy of every ride. Passenger identities, itineraries, and conversations are treated as confidential. We do not confirm or discuss a client's use of our service with third parties.

Data retention.

We keep reservation and account records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, tax, insurance, and accounting requirements. When information is no longer needed for those purposes, it is deleted or de-identified on a regular cycle.

Security.

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards — including access controls, transport encryption for the website, and vetted service providers — to protect the information we hold. No system is perfect; we address issues promptly if they arise.
